White Sticky Rice (Khao Niew Moon)
1. White grain sticky rice (soak 3-4 hour) 250 grams
2. 250 grams of white coconut (1 1/2 cup)
3. 1 cup Sugar (180 grams)
4. Salt (the salt much less 1/2 H H) 1-2 Tsp.

Sticky rice (color) mix with coconut milk in the above proportion
5. Violet- blue color - 20 Anchan flower (juice - filters), or 4-6 Tbsp. of food coloring.
6. Yellow  - Feom Kannika flower (soak in water) or food coloring. If you use turmeric, mix 4-6 tbsp. with sticky rice
7. Green - green pandan juice (concentrate) 1/4 cup.
8. Red – 20 grams white sticky rice + 50 grams black sticky rice (soak together 3-4 hours) 250 grams

1. White Sticky Rice – Soak in water 3-4 hour.
2. Black Sticky Rice- soaked in boiling water, add white sticky rice. Then add water until flood and leave 3 hour.
3. Coconut milk for Khao Niew Moon

3.5 Red (black + white sticky rice) - Mixed with 1 cup of coconut milk + sugar + salt. Boil over medium heat. Set aside.
4. Prepare steaming pot with 2/3 water inside. Heat to boiling, then rinse with water and wrapped in white cloth. Steam 25 minutes, pour in the pot.
5. Add the steamed glutinous rice in the pot. Add coconut milk (Any color you want). Stir to combine. Cover and leave it dry for about 30-40 minutes. Then open the lid.
6. Put the sticky rice in the basket. Then press the middle a bit and top with any you like.

Yellow : the color of Kannika flowers or turmeric - shrimp
Green : the color of pandan leaves – custard cream
