Thong Yib (Thai Desserts) - Thong Yib is a traditional Thai dessert since ancient times. This dessert came from Portugal. And has the name in the poem that creates for Thai food. It looks like a cup and has 3-4-5-6 pleats on each side of dessert.

Ingredients for: 20-25 pieces (depend on the size)

1. 5 Eggs
2. 10 Duck Eggs

Syrup 1
3. 4 cups Water from floating flowers
4.  5 cups Brown sugar

Syrup 2
5. 1 1/2 cup Water from floating flowers
6. Sugar 2 cups
7. Ta Lai Cup

1. Syrup - Heat sugar, water in the brass pan. Heat to boiling Put in a container and set aside to cool.
2. Put duck egg. Separate egg yolks into container with white cloth. Squeeze water-part of the egg's white in a cup . Stir until rise up and thick. Always beating for 3-5 minutes.
3. Syrup - Add sugar, water in brass pan and heat until sugar dissolved(do not stirring). When syrup boils, remove from the pan or turn off heat.  Use the spoon drop syrup in round shape. Then bring back the pan to heat or turn the heat to make syrup  cooked. Turn upside down, wait until dessert cook throughly. Then put in a tray with syrup. diminishes from 3 4 5 6 pleated Squeeze out syrup just a little. And put in Ta-Lai cup to block the shape. Then put in the container as needed.
