1. 1 Cup Green beans 
2. 3/4 Cup Coconut milk
3. 1 1/2 cup Sugar
4. 4-5 Duck eggs

Syrup 1
5. 3 Cups of Water from floating flowers
6. 3 cup Sugar

Syrup 2
7. 1 1/2 cups of Water from floating flowers
8. 2 cups Sugar

1. Syrup –Add sugar, water in a brass pan and heat to boiling. Wait until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
2. Blend mung bean, coconut milk, sugar finely. Or pound bean and mix with coconut milk, sugar and add in the pan. Stir until dry for about 20-25 minutes. Set aside to cool. Then mold into oval shape (every piece same size).
3. Heat sugar, water in the brass pan and wait until sugar dissolved (about 10 minutes), then turn off the heat.  Dip the bean into egg yolks, then drops into a pan and heat to boiling. Turn upside down and wait to cook on both sides. Bring up with the sieve and place in cool syrup.

Ingredient of Med Ka Noon
