1. Mung bean flour (Sarim flour) 1/2 cup
2. 2 1/4 cup Water from floating Jasmine flowers
3. 1 Drop Food coloring (pink color) If use green color- reduce water then add more color or 1 cup pandan juice) 

Sarim Juice
4. 3 cups White grated Coconut juice (coconut milk)
5. Syrup (1 cup sugar+ 1/4 cup of water)

3 Colors of Sarim 
1.Put mungbean, water in a mixing bowl (drops food coloring) and melt together. Filter with white cloth. Pour in brass pan. Heat over medium – low heat. Stir in the same way until sticky. When dough changes and look clearly, remove from the stove, then press in Sarim maker (place below with cold water). Press in long line. Then soak in cold water for a while. Pour into a colander to drain the water. Put in the container.
2. If the water is green pandan juice - bean flour 1/2 cup water 1 1/4 cup water, stir 1 cup flour, pandan leaves, like the steps above.
Sarim dressing  (Syrup+ Pure Coconut Cream)
Condense Sysup + Pure Coconut Cream -> Stir to combine (drop jasmine odor or baking with smoky candle scent).
3. Serve by put all 3 colors of Sarim in the cup, add Sarim dressing and put the ice down.
