For 4-6 person

1. 250 grams of wheat flour
2. 250 grams of tapioca flour
3. 1 cup of water
4. 2-1/2 cups of undiluted coconut milk
5. 1/4 Tsp. of salt

Dressing (Brown)
6. 250 grams of white sugar
7. 1 kilograms of coconut sugar
8. 2 cups of water
9. 1-2 binds of Pandanus

11. 1/2 Tsp. of salt

1. Dressing (sweet) – Put the sugar into the pan with low heat then fry until sugar melt and turn to brown. Put 2 cups of water into the pan then put palm sugar and turn heat to medium heat. Wait until they melted then put the pandanus leaf into the pan.

4.1 Pla-Gim (sweet taste) – Knead dough with /12 cup of water for 20-30 minutes. After that boil them until they done. Boil them with sugar and palm sugar. Wait until they turn to brown.
4.2 Kai-Tao (salted) - Knead dough with /12 cup of water for 20-30 minutes. After that boil them until they done. Boil them with coconut milk until they get harder and drain coconut milk.
5 Boil the dough – Put the water into the pot with medium heat. Flat the dough then use molder to cut the dough and boil them. Boil until they done.
6 Serve – Put the brown dough at the bottom of cup then put the white dough over the brown again and again.
