Yang Zhou Chinese Fried Rice (Khao Phad Yang Zhou) - Yangzhou Fried Rice is a classic Chinese fried rice. From golden Chinese age to popular Hong Kong fried rice, with unique assortment ingredients for you. Just try to serve yourself at home. Now you can change from ‘Basic Egg Fried Rice’ to ‘Yang Zhou Fried Rice’. It’s so delicious.




Yang Zhou Chinese Fried Rice (Khao Phad Yang Zhou) - Yangzhou Fried Rice is a classic Chinese fried rice. From golden Chinese age to popular Hong Kong fried rice, with unique assortment ingredients for you. Just try to serve yourself at home. Now you can change from ‘Basic Egg Fried Rice’ to ‘Yang Zhou Fried Rice’. It’s so delicious.
For 2 Person

1. Soft cooked rice (cold rice) 1 cup
2. Roasted Pork (with soy sauce, honey), cut into dice 30 grams
3. Chicken, cut into dice 30 grams
4. 5 Fresh Shrimp 
5. Kang Puay
6. Mushrooms soak until softened, cut into dice two flowers.
7. Lard 1/2 Tbsp.
8. Dark Soy Sauce 2 Tsp.
9. Sugar 2 Tsp.
10. Salt just a little
11. 2 Chicken or duck eggs
12. Garlic, minced 2 Tsp.
13. 2 stalks Spring onion
14. White pepper powder
1. Heat the pan, add lard and wait until hot. Add chopped garlic and chopped spring onion. Add honey pork, shrimp, chicken, Gangpuay, mushroom and fry together. Set aside. 
2. Beat egg, pour down into the pan and spread the eggs.
3. Put the fried rice down. Fry together with the meat. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt. Stir well and set aside. If fried rice is dry, add broth just a little. Stir-fry all over the pan. Turn off the heat.
4. Sprinkle with spring onion and ground pepper just a little. Arrange the plate and ready to serve.

Ingredient of Yang Zhou Chinese Fried Rice (Khao Phad Yang Zhou)

How to Cook Yang Zhou Chinese Fried Rice (Khao Phad Yang Zhou)
