5. 1-2 Celery
6. 5-15 seeds Chilies 
7. Fish sauce 3 Tbsp.
8. Sugar 3 Tbsp.
9. Lime juice 1 1/2 Tbsp.

1. Heat the pan, add 1/2 measuring cup oil. Fry egg until crispy on both sides. Bring up to set aside in the dish that placed with paper to absorb oil.
