Black Cookies (chocolate cookies) - These black cookies are egg - free and have crumbly texture with concentrated flavor of dark chocolate. Especially for people who love chocolate!

Black Cookies (chocolate cookies) - These black cookies are egg-free and have crumbly texture with concentrated flavor of dark chocolate. Especially for people who love chocolate!
For 6-8 Big Pieces

1. Icing sugar 115 grams
2. Brown sugar 100 grams
3. Unsalted butter 190 grams
4. Vanilla smell 1/4 Tsp.
5. 220 grams of Bread flour
6. Cocoa powder 40 grams
7. Baking Soda 1 Tsp.
8. Salt 1 Tsp.
9. Dark Chocolate 220 grams
1. Warm the oven.
2. Beat icing sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and butter in a mixer until fluffy, soft brown and smooth.  
3. Mix bread flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in the same bowl. Then gradually add flour that you mixed before down. Beat until well combined. Add Dark Chocolate and beat together until smooth.
4. Mold cookies into a ball. (about 50 grams)
5. Place cookie on a buttered tray. Then press cookie with your fingers to make it flat.
6. Put into the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree.
7. When cookie is cooked, place on the sieve and set aside to cool. Then put in a glass jar or serve on the dish.
