For 3-4 person

1. 3-4 sheets Roti (freeze)
2. 200 grams of Minced meat
3. Diced onion, 1/2 cup
4. Diced carrots, 1/4 cup
5. Champiyong mushrooms, cut 1/4 cup
6. White pepper powder 1 Tsp.
7. Soy sauce 2 Tbsp.
8. Sugar 1 Tbsp.
9. Curry powder 1 Tsp.
10. Margarine 1 Tbsp.
11. Vegetable oil 1/2 Tbsp.

1. Marinate beef with vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce, pepper (half of recipe)
2. Set the pan over medium heat. Fry beef, add margarine.
3. Add onion and fry with margarine until soft. Then fry beef, add pepper, sugar, soy sauce and curry powder.
4. Add carrot, mushroom to fry together until cook. Also dry ingredients. Bring up and set aside.
5. Stuffed filling in Roti. Bring out from the refrigerator. Fry in the pan with a little oil over medium-low heat.
6. Add minced beef and fold to another side. Fold Roti into half circle.
7. Fry until cook on both sides.
8. Ready to serve.
