Roti with Curry Chicken Dipping - The Yellow Curry is really international. Thai curry use coconut milk to making soup. Japanese has unique soup, and also Indian and Western use milk to make. But this curry use Thai curry spices. And add more with curry powder for more intense flavor, which can go well together with Roti.




Roti with Curry Chicken Dipping - The Yellow Curry is really international. Thai curry use coconut milk to making soup. Japanese has unique soup, and also Indian and Western use milk to make. But this curry use Thai curry spices. And add more with curry powder for more intense flavor, which can go well together with Roti.
1. Diced Chicken Breast 1/2 cup
2. Curry Pepper Powder 2 Tbsp.
3. Curry powder 1/2 Tsp.
4. Onion 2 Tbsp.
5. Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp.
6. Sugar 2 Tsp.
7. Diced carrots (as much as you want)
8. Pepper
9. Salt 1/4 Tsp.
10. 120 ml. Fresh milk
11. 2 Sheets Freeze Roti (Fry in flat pan until golden brown)

1. Fry onion with oil, follow with chilli curry powder, curry powder, stir until smell nice.
2. Add milk, chicken. Season with salt and sugar.
3. Add chicken and carrots.
4. Boil, simmer until dry out and milk float up during boiling.
5. Add sweet pepper. Turn off the gas.
6. Served with Roti.
