Churros (Spanish Patongko) - This long stick dessert is look like ‘Patongko’. Always eat together with cinnamon or chocolate. Where this dessert comes from is still be the question. It’s not clearly yet between Portugal or Spain. But what we can conclude is very easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients for: 15 pieces

1. 100 grams Salted butter
2. Water, 100 grams
3.  Milk 50 grams
4. All-purpose flour 150 grams
5. 2 Eggs
6. 100 grams Icing
7. Cinnamon Powder
8. Oil
1. Warm salted butter, water and milk until melt together.
2. Bring up from the stove. Add all purpose flour and stir until well combined.
3. Put on the stove again until the mixture is cooked.
4. Bring up and let it cool.
5. Gradually put egg until sticky.
6. Put in piping bag. Use star lobes shaped.
7. Heat the pan over low heat. Then squeeze Churros in the pan and cut the tip.
8. Fry until golden brown. Set aside on the sieve.
9. Mix icing and cinnamon together. And bring to mix with Churros thoroughly.
10. Or you can eat with chocolate sauce!
