Doughnut – Donut - This dessert has small hole in the middle. Coated with sugar on top. 
Add yeast to make it swell up. And bring to fry in oil until done. Then make it colorful in your style.

Doughnut – Donut - This dessert has small hole in the middle. Coated with sugar on top. Add yeast to make it swell up. And bring to fry in oil until done. Then make it colorful in your style.
Ingredients for: 10 pieces

1. All-purpose flour 500 grams
2. Baking powder 2 Tsp.
3. Yeast 2 Tsp.
4. Milk 400 grams
5. Sugar 100 grams
6. Salt 1/2 Tsp.
7. 2 Egg yolks
8. Vanilla 1 Tsp.
9. Oil for frying
10. 330 grams icing
11. 2 Tbsp. Butter
12. Milk 4 Tbsp.
13. Vanilla 1/2 Tsp.
1. Mix dry ingredients together (All purpose flour, baking powder, yeast, sugar, salt)
2. Mix liquid ingredients together (Eggs, milk and vanilla smell)
3. Slowly pour the liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix well with spatula.
4. Knead the dough 10-15 minutes until smooth and sticky.
5. Mold into a ball and spread with spatula in rectangular (about 2 cm thick).
6. Cut the dough with cookie cutter. And use smaller cuter cut inside.
7. Place dough on tray. Leave for 30 minutes until it swelled up.
8. Fry donuts in the pan with oil inside.
9. Turn to another side until golden brown on both sides.
10. When cooked, drain oil on the sieve.
11. Make icing sugar by melt milk and butter together. 
12. Add vanilla smell and icing sugar. Mix until smooth.
13. Dip donut in sugar.
14. Set aside until sugar dry.
15. Serve in your style.
