For 10-12 pieces

Cake
1. 150 grams Salted butter
2. 2 Eggs
3. 100 grams of Sugar
4. 140 grams Cake flour
5. Baking powder 1 1/2 Tsp.
6. Vanilla powder 2 1/2 Tsp.
7. Marshmallow, 30 grams
8. Lemon skin 2 Tsp.

Cream topping
1. Icing sugar 250 grams
2. 225 grams Salted butter
3. 2 Tbsp. Vanilla smell
4. Marshmallow
5. Sugar Flake
6. Food coloring

1. Warm oven at 175 C.
2. Beat salted butter with a whisk until creamy.
3. Add sugar, beat until well combined.
4. Put egg one by one. Gradually add until done. Continue beat with a whisk.
