Fried Rice noodles with Water Mimosa (Sen Mhee Phad Kra Shed) - White rice noodles fried with chilli ,garlic. Add color with fat shrimp, seasoning, then add water mimosa and shrimp. Fry together until well combined and that’s it!

For 3-4 persons

1. White rice noodles (soaked in water until soft - drain and set aside) 2 Platform.
2. Water Mimosa (washed - cut into short pieces) 1 1/2 cup
3. 10 Shrimps
4. 3-4 Cloves garlic
5. 5 pieces Chilli
6. 1 Red / Yellow Chili 
7. Shrimp paste 1 Tsp.
8. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
9. Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
10. Sugar 1 Tbsp.
11. Oil
1. Soak noodles until soft. Sprinkle water and set aside.
2. Pound garlic, chili, goat pepper. Then add shrimp paste and mix together.
3. Add oil in the pan over medium heat. Fry pounded ingredients, add water just a little, then shrimp and Water Mimosa. Season and add noodle. If it dries you can add water. Mix together and serve.
