3. 2 Tsp. Sugar
4. 5-6 Large cloves garlic
5.  1 Lemon
6. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce 
7. 10 Bird chillies
8. 5-6 Shallots (peeled)
9. 200 ml. Palm oil

1. Heat oil. Fry the fish on both sides and set aside.
2. Roast peppers, garlic, shallots over low heat for about 10 minutes.
3. Pound ingredients thoroughly. Tear Mackerel fish down and pound together.
