For 2-3 person

1. 3 Large shrimps
2. Minced Pork1/2 cup
3. Coriander root, garlic, pepper (pounded finely) 1 Tsp.
4. 1 handful Salt
5. 1 handful Pepper
6. 2-3 Duck eggs
7. 1 Red goat pepper
8. Pea 1 tbsp.
1. Add minced pork, pounded garlic, coriander root, pepper into the bowl and mix together. Put salt, pepper, and peas(optional). Mix to combine.
2. Place minced pork on back of shrimp. Add red goat pepper and decorate with peas. Steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked and set aside to cool.
3 Add oil in a frying panover medium heat. Put duck eggs down. Dip your hand in egg bowl and swing to make like net shape in a frying pan. Place shrimp in the middle.Gently fold the egg to wrap shrimp on both sides. Serve on plate. Eat together with tofu sauce or roasted chili paste.
