Yakisoba-Spring roll - This menu made from common Thai ingredients. But we will adaptation with Japanese sauce for more delicious.
For 2-3 person

1. 300 grams of yakisoba noodle
2. 50 grams of sausage
3. 50 grams of mush room
4. 20 grams of carrot
5. 20 grams of Chinese cabbage
6. 1 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
7. 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce
8. 2 Tbsp. of oyster sauce
9. 1 Tbsp. of chopped garlic
10. 1/2 Tbsp. of sugar
11. 1/2 Tbsp. of pepper
12. 50ml. of water
13. 5-6 sheets of spring roll sheet
Sauce
1. 3 Tbsp. of Tonkutsu sauce
2. 1 Tbsp. of Milin sauce
3. 1 Tbsp. of Sa-ke
4. 1 pick of salt
5. 1/2 Tsp. of pepper

1. Warm the oil and then put chopped garlic , sausage , carrot and Chinese cabbage and fry them together. After that put mushroom , oyster sauce , pepper  and a little water. And keep fry them for a while. After that Take them into the bowl.
2. Roll Yakisoba with spring roll sheet for the bite size. And tie them tight.
3. Sauce – Mix all ingredients together Tonkutsu-sauce , Milin sauce , Sa-ke , salt and pepper and stir them together. And we will dress this sauce for this menu.
