1. 3 potatoes (wash and peel them first)
2. 100 grams of minced  beef
3. 1 onion
4. 1/4 cup of parsley
5. 1/4 Tsp. of salt
6. 1/4 Tsp. of pepper
7. 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce
8. 1 Tsp. of sugar
9. 1 egg (Whisked and add some more water)
10. 1/2 cup of wheat flour
11. 2-3 cups of crispy flour
12. 2 Tbsp. of butter
13. Oil
14. Tonkutsu sauce

1. Boil the potatoes until they’re done. After that pounded them hard like a mash and put a little butter and salt.
