For 12-15 sticks

1. 3 potatoes (wash and peel them first)
2. 150 grams of Bass fish
3. 1/4 Tsp. of salt
4. 1/4 Tsp. of pepper
5. 20 grams of butter
6. 1/2 cup of wheat flour
7. 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
8. 1 egg (whisked and add some water)
9. Oil
10. Ketchup / TarTar sauce
1. Boil the potato until they’re done. After that pound them and leave them cool.
2. Boil fish until done. After that mix them with mash potato. And seasoning with salt and pepper. And then mold them to be stick.
3. Roll them with egg, bread crumbs and wheat flour. Fry them with medium heat until they’re done. Serve them with ketchup and TarTar sauce.
