For 1-2 person
1. 50 grams of pork cracklings
2. 10 Northern Thai Green Chili
3. 15 garlics
4. 8 shallots
5. 1/2 Tsp. of salt

1. Warm the pan with high heat and warm oven with medium heat. After that roast garlic , shallot until they done and have nice smell. Peel the Thai Northern green chili and leave them cool.
2. Pound garlic and seasoning with salt. After that put chili into the same mortar and pound them together. For the last put the pork cracklings and pound them together.
