For 1-2 person

1. 1 cup Dok Ka-Jorn
2. 1 Egg
3. 1 Pack Vermicelli (40 grams)
4. Mushroom 1/2 cup
5. 2 Tbsp. Dried shrimp
6. 3 cloves Garlic
7. Soy sauce 1-2 Tbsp.
8. Sugar 1-2 Tsp.
9. Pepper 1/2 Tsp.
1. Soak vermicelli in water until soft, cut mushroom into bite piece. Cut away the hard part. Pick hard part of Dok Ka-Jorn as well.
2. Set pan over medium heat. Add 4 tbsp. oil and garlic to fry with dried shrimp.
3. Turn the heat up just a little. Then put egg down and stir until 80% egg cooked. Follow by the mushroom, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and fry until well combined. Add vermicelli to fry. Gradually pour water until soft. Taste and put on dish. Sprinkle with ground pepper.
