For 2 pounds


1. 4 Eggs
2. Sugar 20 grams
3. 100 grams Cake flour
4. Milk 40 grams
5. Baking powder 1 1/2 Tsp.
6. Vanilla butter smell 1 Tsp.


1. Milk 500 grams
2. Vanilla flavor 1/2 Tsp.
3. Sugar, 70 grams
4. 3 Egg yolks
5. Corn starch 50 grams

1. Chocolate 400 grams
2. Salted butter, 50 grams
3. Whipping cream 200 grams

1. Heat oven at 175 C.
2. Prepare 2 cake molds (size 2 pound). Brush with butter and put stencil in the bottom.
3. Start making cake by sifting cake flour.
4. Boil water in the pan. (just warm)
5. Add eggs, sugar and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
6. Mix with a whisk until well combine.
7. Place in the the pan. And mix with a whisk until fluffy.

17. Slowly pour the milk into the egg yolks in a mixing bowl.
18. Then gradually add corn flour into a mixing bowl.
19. Mix with a whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
20. Bring back to stir on the stove until thicken.
21. Pour in the container. And cover the top. 
22. Stay until cold.
23. Prepare cake to ake to cool in the cake. 
24. Put 1st piece of cake on the bottom.
25. Put cream custard on a cake.
26. Put 2nd   piece of cake over the top.
27. Set aside the cake.
28. Started making chocolate sauce. Boiled butter and whipping cream until dissolve well.
29. Put chocolate into the pot. Stir until all well combined.
30. Pour chocolate on the stove.
31. Cut serving as needed.
