For 5 medium cups

1. 250 grams Fresh milk 
2. Sugar 20 grams
3. 6 Gelatin sheets
4. 1 Egg yolks
5. Whipping cream 80 grams
6. Vanilla 1/2 Tsp.
7. Pink color (food color)
8. Flowers (cherry blossoms)
9. Strawberry Jam 300 grams
10. Fresh strawberry

1. Add sugar and milk into the pot.
2.Boil until sugar dissolves.
