For 4-5 person

1. 2 cups Germination brown rice (cooked)
2. 10 Shrimps (cooked)
3. 1-2 Squids
4. Shiitake mushrooms (Japanese mushrooms) 100 grams
5. Tom Yum chili paste (readymade) 30 grams
6. Condensed milk 50 grams
7. 4-5 Kaffir lime leaves
8. 1-2 Lemongrass (cut into small pieces)
9. 1 Galangal (cut into small pieces)
10. 1 Lemon

1. Add oil in the pan.  Then fry Tom Yum Prik Gang, put evaporated milk down and stir-fry. Follow with fresh herbs (lemon grass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves).
2. Then fry mushrooms until cook. Follow with shrimp, squid and Germination brown rice. Stir to combine. Serve with a cucumber or other fresh vegetables. We may season with lemon juice or bird chili.
