1. Fried Kao Tang 25 sheets
2. Sliced Pork neck 300 grams (cut into thin slices)
3. Shallot 30 grams
4. Onion 30 grams
5. Parsley 30 grams
6. Mint leaves 20-30 leaves
7. 3-5 Chilies
8. Nam-Tok powder 30 grams
9. Fish sauce 2 Tbsp.
10. Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
11. Water.
12. Fresh vegetables taste (cucumber, celery, lettuce, etc.)

1. Set the pot, add water, put the pork to stir. Add Nam Tok powder, stir well, then turn off the heat. Then put shallot, spring onion, parsley, and mint leave. Stir until combine. Season with fish sauce and lime juice.
