Ingredients for: 2 pounds
Duration : 1 hour 30 minutes

1. 200 grams Salted butter
2. 150 grams of sugar
3. 2 eggs
4. 50 ml. Water (floating Jasmine) 
5. 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder
6. 180 grams Cake flour
7. 200 grams Whipping cream
8. 2 Tbsp. Jasmine juice
9. 20-30 Jasmine flowers
10. Sugar 30 grams
11. Water 10 ml.
12. 100 grams Sugar (for mixing with jasmine)

1. Heat oven at 175 degrees.
2. Beat the butter in a bowl and mix until creamy.
3. Put all the sugar. Continue beating until sugar with cream cheese until well combined. 
4. Add eggs and beat everything until the mixture mixed well. Then put Jasmine water.

6. Sift cake flour and baking powder together.
7. Gradually add in the cake. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

13. Apply Jasmine sugar by bring water and sugar to boil.
14. Turn off the heat 
15. Put flowers into the syrup and mix thoroughly.
16. Put flowers in sugar and mix together.
17. Mix until sugar coat well on Jasmine.
18. Set aside until cool.
19. Sprinkle on cake as you want.
