Jasmine Cookie (Cookie Ma Li) - Jasmine Cookie - Great idea to make for mom on the mother’s day. With this special looks cookie. It’s beautiful and surely, you can eat.
Duration

1. 3 hours for Making cookie
2. 6-24 hours for Set aside cookies to dry
3. 30 minutes for Making cookie flower garland.

Ingredients

1. 440 grams Cake flour
2. Baking soda 1 Tsp.
3. 227 grams Salted butter
4. Icing sugar 200 grams
5. 1 Egg
6. Water for floating flower 100 grams
7. 2 Egg whites
8. Lemon juice 1/2 Tsp.
9. Food coloring
10. Icing sugar 380 grams
11. Water from floating Jasmine 1/2 Tsp.
1. Heat oven at 175-180 degrees.
2. Beat the butter with a whisk until creamy.
3. Put icing sugar and beat until combined.
4. Add eggs and water from floating Jasmine flower. Mix them together.
5. Gradually add flour and baking soda and mix until smooth and well combined.
6. Divide dough into 2 equal parts.
7. Wrap with plastic wrap. Stay in the refrigerator for 1-2 hour.
8. Bring out to use one by one.
9. Roll out flat thoroughly. (About 0.5 - 0.7 cm. thick)
10. Cut in flower shape as you like.
11. Drill holes to prepare for making flower garland.
12. Put on a tray and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
13. When done, stay on a wire rack until cool.
14. How to make Royal icing all the ingredients. Mix well and set aside. The bowl is divided by the desired color.
15. Gradually drops food coloring just a little and stir to combine.
16. Put Royal icing into a piping bag and squeeze to decorate on cookies.
17. Let the cookies dry 6-24 hour.
18. Bring cookies to make Flower Garland as the way you like.
