Duration : 20 minutes
For 1-2 person

1. 4-5 Slice of Bread
2. 2 Eggs
3. 1 cup Cream
4. Sugar 1/2 cup
5. 1 Tbsp. Concentrate vanilla
6. 1-2 Tablespoons Rum
7. 2 Figs

1. Tear the bread into a container and then cut in same piece. Cut fig and put it down. Then set aside.
2. Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy and white. Gradually add cream and add concentrated vanilla, rum and mix them well together.
3. Then pour on the bread. Bake at 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
4. When finish baking, removed from the oven and set aside just a moment. Serve.
