1. Strawberry frozen 175 grams
2. Sugar 100 grams
3. White egg 125 grams
4. Whipping cream 200 grams

1. Start making pastry cups by cutting clear plastic sheet into 3.5 cm x long A4 size.
2. Wrap it around the cup. Attach with Scotch tape.
3. Crush frozen strawberry and filter through wire rack. What we need is just strawberry juice.
4. Pour whites egg into a mixing bowl. Beat until swells up.
5. Gradually add sugar. Divide in 5 times.
6. Beat egg whites and sugar until fluffy.
7. Mix all 3 ingredients together (strawberries juice, whipping cream and white egg)

9. When well combined, put into a cup.
10. Wipe front of cake smoothly.

Ingredient of Iced Souffles

1. Strawberry frozen 175 grams
