Lemon Cheese Pie - Lemon Cheese Pie is a sweet and sour flavor pie. Below is a pie, cream cheese in the middle and gelatin on the top. Lemon cheese pie is not difficult to make and perfect for one who just start baking.

For  7-10 person
Duration :  1 Hour

1. 300 grams Cream cheese
2. Butter 200 grams
3. Lemon skin 1 Tbsp. (1/2 ball)
4. 150 grams Icing sugar
5. 50g milk
6. 1 Tsp. Vanilla
7. 150 grams Crackers 
8. 50 grams Butter 
9. 3 Tbsp. Sugar
10. 3 Tbsp. Water
11. 1 Tbsp. Lemon skin (1/2 ball) for making dressing sauce
12. Yellow food coloring (optional)
13. 4 sheets Gelatin
14. 50 grams Lime juice
1. Crush crackers until finely.
2. Mix the butter in crackers.
3. Mix to combine. 
4. Put in a ring mold.
5. Spoon in it tightly and set aside.
6. Make cream cheese by mix cream cheese, butter, lemon skin, icing sugar, milk and vanilla together in a mixing bowl.
7. Stir until combine and smooth with a whisk or spatula. 
8. Put in cake piping bag. Squeeze into the ring mold almost full. On the left side about 1.5 cm
9. Set aside in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
10. Start making dressing sauce by adds lemon, water and sugar into a pot. Heat until the sugar melts. Turn off the heat and set aside.
11. Put gelatin in water until soft.
12. Put gelatin in the syrup.
13. Put lemon skin and lemon juice to stir to combine.
14. Drop color as need.
15. Water mixed with lemon and sauce on top of the cake in the refrigerator.
16. Bring back the cake to set aside in the refrigerator again.
17. Remove from the mold and serve in your style.
