Duration:  20 minutes

1. 200 grams U-dong
2. 1-2 Shrimps
3. 5 grams Galangal 
4. 10 grams Lemongrass
5. 3-4 Kaffir lime leaves

7. Mushroom 50 grams
8. 5-6 Hot chili seeds
9. Broth 2 1/2 cups
10. Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.

1. Boil U-Dong until cook.
2. Slice galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, mushroom.
3. Boil the broth until boiling. Put galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and mushrooms to a boil until done.
4. Waiting until the broth boiling. Season with fish sauce, add shrimp, pounded chilli and parsley and put them down. Wait until shrimp cook. 
5. Turn off the heat. Season with lime juice and taste.
6. Put U-Dong into a bowl. Add Tom-Yum soup, sprinkle with coriander and ready to serve.

Ingredient of Shrimp U-Dong Tom Yum Soup (Udon Tom Yum Goong Nam Sai)

1. 200 grams U-dong
2. 1-2 Shrimps
