Shrimp with dry curry and spices (Choo Chee Goong Gam Gram) - This menu tastes salty, sweet, and it is not too spicy. You can use shrimp or fish as the main ingredient as you want for cooking this menu.
1.  4 Lobsters
2.  2Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
3.  200 ml. Coconut Milk
4.  200 g. of Fried Dough
5.  5 Kaffir Lime Leaves
6.  1 Red Goat Pepper
7.  1 Tbsp. Roasted Chilli Curry  
8.  1 Tsp. Sugar
9.  2 Tsp. Fish Sauce
10. 1 Liter Palm Oil
1. Cut goat pepper, remove the core, then chop in a long line. Follow by kaffir lime leaves and set aside  
2. Cut mustache shrimp, left leg and peel shell out. Use knife cut back shrimp. Pull off black line 
3. Heat the oil. Coat shrimp with fried dough. Fry until it change to golden brown. Set aside to drain.
4. Fry chili paste with oil. Add coconut milk and stir well.
5. Season with sugar, fish sauce. Stir until dry out.
6. Place shrimp on a plate. Top with a fried chilli curry paste. Garnish with kaffir lime leaves, goat pepper and fresh coconut milk just a little.
