Cooking time : 30 minutes

1. 1-2 eggplants
2. 5 shrimps
3. 1/2 cup of minced pork
4. 5 shallots
5. 5 garlics
6. 1 Tbsp. of water of preserved garlic

1. Boil the water and them put egg in. When the water boiled just use low heat and keep boiling egg for 3-4 minutes. After that soak in into cold water.
2. Warm the pan and roast eggplant with medium heat until they’re soft. After that peel their skin and tear them to be strip.
3. Scald minced pork and shrimps until they’re done.
4. Mix fish sauce , sugar and lime juice together. The main taste of this menu is sour.
