Cooking time 20 minutes

1. 3 Mackerels
2. 1 picked of hot basil
3. 1 galangal
4. 1 lemon grass
5. 20 guinea peppers
6. 2 Tbsp. of fish sauce
7. 1 Tbsp. of lime juice
1. Pound guinea pepper and leave them. After that we will prepare lime juice and hot basil.
2. Boil the water and then put galangal and lemon grass in. Season with fish sauce and lime juice.
3. Put the fish in and use we have to use low heat when we’re boiling the fish. Wait until fish done and ready to serve.

Tips

We recommended to put the hot basil for the last. And better to put the hot basil for each time you want to serve this soup up
