1. Pork ribs 400 grams
2. 1/2 Small pickled cabbage 
3. 2 Coriander roots
4. 3 head Garlic 
5. 1 Tsp. Black pepper seed
6. Lime 1 Tbsp.
7. 10 Chilies
8. Soy sauce 2 Tbsp.
9. Salt 1/2 Tsp.

1. Boil water over medium heat. Put salt, pound coriander root – garlic – pepper down.  Follow by pickle lettuce, wait until the water boils again. Put the pork bones. Boil over medium-low heat. When boil again spoon the bubbles out. Season with soy sauce.
2. Pound chili and put in a bowl. Squeeze lime on chili. When the pork is cooked, put in it and taste.
