1. Streaky pork 400 grams (less fat)
2. 2-3 boiled eggs
3. 2 Coriander root 
4. 3-5 Clove garlic 
5. 1/2 Cinnamon stick
6. 3-5 pieces Anise
7. 1/2 Small pickled garlic 
8. Cayenne pepper 1 Tsp.
9. Oyster sauce 3 Tbsp.
10. Soy sauce 4 Tbsp.
11. 4 Tbsp. Sugar
12. 5 cups Water

1. Boil water over medium heat. Add palm sugar and stir to dissolve, then add water.
2. Cut streaky pork and fry in another pot. Then put in a pot that already dissolve sugar. Wait until it boils again. Add coriander root, garlic, pickled garlic, star anise, cinnamon, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ground pepper and egg.
3. Boil over medium heat. Spoon the bubbles out.
4. Boil for 5 hour at least. Pour water down. Serve with chilli, garlic, pickled chilli.
