Stuffed Egg (Khai Yud Sai) - a simple menu that many people known well and we eat it at home and even outside too. It’s not difficult to make and looking great too. With hot filling of pork and vegetables inside, wrapped with smooth fried egg. It’s delicious in a ways you eat it alone or eat with rice as well.

1. 3 Chicken eggs
2. 100 g. of Minced Pork
3. 1/2 cup tomatoes (cut into dice)
4. 1/2cup carrots (cut into dice)
5. 1/2 cup onion (cut into dice)
6.     Garlic, 1 Cc. (finely chopped)
7. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
8. 1 Tsp. Fish Sauce
9. 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
10. 1 Tsp. Oyster Sauce
11. 1 Tsp. Sugar
12. 2 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce 
13. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil (for stir-fry)
14. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil 1 (for fry egg)

1. Add 1/2 Tbs. fish sauce into the egg, then beaten egg.
2. Heat the pan, add oil in a frying pan. Then fry egg by roll it around the pan (use low heat to fry) Set aside. 
3. Add oil to the pan, follow by the garlic, carrot, minced pork. Stir until pork almost cooked. Add onion, tomato, stir to combine. 
4. Season with tomato sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, soya sauce, fish sauce, pepper. Stir until well mixed.

A. Place the finished fried stuff on the middle of egg.  Wrap four sides to the middle of egg until close to the filling.
Turn upside down the egg, use knife to rip across. Then open out four sides that you’ve just ripped. Ready to serve.

B. Place the finished fried stuff on one side of eggs. Roll egg completely to the other side. Cut both side edges. Then cut into pieces. Ready to serve.
