Duration : 20 minutes

1. 1 Egg noodle
2. 1-2 Eggs
3. 2-3 pieces of Pork
4. 2-3 Fish balls
5. 1 full tsp. Roasted chili paste
6. 1 Tsp. Nuts
7. 1 Piece Lemon
8. 1 Tsp. Fish sauce
9. 2 Tsp. Tapioca flour : 2 1/2 liter of water
10. Spring onion
1. Mix tapioca flour with 2 tbsp. water at room temperature.
2. Boil water, turn off gas. Pour tapioca flour and stir right away. Put egg (no.2) in a pot for 9-10 minutes. Then put in cool water.
3. Boil new water for blanching pork, fish ball. Then put in a bowl and mix with fish sauce, lime, roasted chili paste and ground peanut.
4. Blanch noodle until soft and cook. And put in the water (noodle will soft and won't stick together) You can mix with fried garlic oil just a little.
5. Put noodle in a bowl with the pork inside. Put the egg and sprinkle with chopped spring onion.

1. 1 Egg noodle
2. 1-2 Eggs
