1. 1 cup Omelet (cut into strips)
2. 6 Shrimps
3. 1 Cup of Jasmine rice
4. Fat shrimp chili paste in a bottle glass 1 1/2 Tbsp.
5. Granulated sugar 1 Tsp.
6. Pepper 1/4 Tsp.
7. Fish sauce 2 Tsp.
8. Minced garlic 2 Tsp.
9. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1. Heat a pan, add oil and fried garlic until golden and fragrant. Add shrimp and fat shrimp chili paste to fry.
2. Add rice and fry to combine. Season with sugar, pepper and fish sauce. Fry until the rice is dry.
3. Arrange on plate and sprinkle with omelet strips.
