Durations:  30 minutes

1. 200-250 grams Chicken breast (remove skin out from chicken)
2. All purpose flour, beat egg, bread crumbs for coating and fry. 
3. Palm oil (for frying).
4. 60 grams Mozzarella cheese (cut into long stick).
5. Vegetables (serve with salad).
6. Salt 1/8 Tsp.
7. 1/4 Tsp. Ground white pepper

1. Pound chicken and roll the chicken into thin piece.
2. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.
3. Put cheese in the middle of chicken. Roll into stick and clip with toothpick.
4. Coat with flour, egg and bread crumbs.
5. Fry in oil over medium-low heat until golden brown.
6. Serve with salad or bread.  Cut the pork to show melted cheese.
