1. 1 piece Beef steak
2. 1 cup Seafood (shrimp, squid, clams)
3. 1 Tomato
4. 1/2 cup Stock
5. White wine 1/2 cup
6. 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
7. 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
8. 2 Tsp. Lawry
9. Rockets
10. Thyme - Bay leaf
1. Season beef with salt, pepper and Lawry, roast on a hot pan with olive oil. Then set aside.
2. Grill side dish vegetable and set aside. in the same pan, add seafood with Bay Leaf, Thyme and Lawry powder just a little.  When the pan is hot, add white wine and wait to dry out. Then add stock soup and simmer until dry out. Sprinkle with parsley at last.
3. Arrange seafood on the dishes. Top with sliced beef. Serve together with side dish vegetable and rocket. Sprinkle with parsley and ready to serve.
