1. Salmon 150 grams
2. 1-2 Daikon radish
3. Grilled Orinji mushrooms on grill 2-3 pieces I poured.

6. 1 Tbsp. Japanese Soy sauce
7. 1/2 cup Stock soup
8. Rocket

1. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then grill on a hot pan with olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Then set aside.
