1. 1/2 Sour Mango (chop and slice in a long line)
2. 1 Can of Tuna in Vegetable Oil (squeeze the oil out)
3. 1 Tsp. Vegetable Oil
4. 1/2 Cup of Bread Crumbs
5. 1/2 Cup of Fried Peanuts
6. 1 Liter Palm Oil
7. 1 Cup of Green Mango Spicy Salad (see recipe on www.foodtravel.tv)
1. Pound tuna meat in the mortar, follow by bread crumbs, and vegetable oil in small increments. Mix and pound together.
2. Heat the oil. After that pour finished pounded tuna, use spatula stir the fish into the middle of the pan (to make it hold together) Drain and set aside to dry.
3. Place crispy tuna on a plate. Garnish with sour mango, fried peanuts. Serve with mango spicy salad. Ready to serve.
