Durations:  30 minutes

1. 1 cup Small green sago
2. 1 cup Sugar
3. 1 cup Grated coconut
4.  2 cups Jasmine water 
5. Powder 1/3 cup
6. Salt (just a little)
1. Clean sago and dry on the rack.
2. Pour jasmine water in a brass pan over medium heat. When water is hot, add sago down. Add sugar and stir. Add tapioca flour, stir and turn off the gas.
