1. 4 cup Sticky rice flour
2. 1 cup Tapioca flour
3. 6 cups Fresh coconut milk
4. 2 cup Sugar
5. Food coloring (just a little)
6. Salt (just a little)

1. Mix these two kinds of flour together. Gently knead with coconut milk.
2. Divide the dough into 3 pieces. And then bring to knead until smooth with food coloring and knead into a small ball.
3. Boiling water in a pot. And then boil Bua-Loy dough until cook. (it will rise up when cook) Pour in a bowl and pour coconut milk down.
4. Set the pot over medium heat.  Add coconut milk. When hot, add palm sugar and stir until disslove.  Pour coconut milk on Bua-Loy. Ready to eat.
