Cooking time 4-5 hours
For 20-25 pieces

1. 1/4 cup of glutinous flour
2. 1/4 cup of wheat flour
3. 1 cup of sugar
4. 1-1/2 cup of coconut milk (separate 1/2 cup to mix with egg yolk)
5. 1 egg yolk
6. 1 Tsp. of nut meg powder
7. 1 Tsp. of coco powder
8. cloth
1. Mix glutinous flour , wheat flour , sugar , nut meg powder and 1 cup of coconut milk together. Keep stirring them by paddle. After that sieve them with cloth and boil them with low heat. Keep stirring them when boiling.
2. How to stir – Touch the pan, if it too hot so just take them on the cold wet cloths and keep stirring them until the pan get colder. After that take them on fire again and keep stirring them for another 1-1/2 hour until they melted. Separate flour for 1-2 Tbsp. and mix with coco powder.  
3. The skin will harder like “Tong Eak”.
