Japanese Beef Rice (Gyudon)  / (Kao Na Nuer Yee Pun) - Japanese Beef Rice (Gyudon) is a delicious menu for one who likes to eat beef. This menu is easy to make and delicious!
For 1-2 person
Duration : 20 minutes

1. 200 grams Sliced beef
2. 1/2 ball Onion
3. Ginger (grated) 1/2 Tbsp.
4. Spring onion 1 Tbsp.
5. Sake 1 Tbsp.
6. Mirin 1 Tbsp.
7. Shoyu 2 Tbsp.
8. Hon Dashi 1 Tbsp.
9. Water 1/2 cup
10. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
11. Cooked rice 1 cup
1. Pour water in a pot and boil, then blanch the beef. Put in a dish to set aside
2. Heat the pan over low heat. Add Shoyu, Mirin, sugar and stir together. Mix the beef with the sauce and bring up. Then pour water down, follow by Hon Dashi powder, grated ginger and onion to fry together. Cover and simmer until the onion soft.  Then put the beef down and stir together for a while. Place on the rice, sprinkle with spring onion, and sauce. Ready to serve.
