Tofu Tikka – Indian style (J - Festival)  - Tofu Tikka  is an Indian vegetarian food. It’s hot and spicy. Fragrance of spices comes from onions and garlic. But for the Chinese vegetarian food in J - festival, you cannot eat onions and garlic. So we use Masala powder which has so many spices, such as clove, cinnamon, cumin and other spices that give a mellow taste to this menu.

1. White tofu (cut into medium dice)- 1 inch for 10 pieces
2. Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
3. Syrup 2 Tbsp.

7. Grounded salt 1/2 Tsp.
8. Pepper 1/2 Tsp.
