For 1 person
Duration :  20 minutes

1. 3 Tbsp. Kaset Protein (soaked in water)
2. 2 Tbsp. Bell peppers (diced)
3. 5 Dried chillies
4. 3 kinds of Mushroom (3 Tbsp. for each)
5. Boiled Spaghetti 200 grams
6. J oyster sauce (from mushroom) 2 Tbsp.
7. Soy sauce 1/2 Tbsp.
8. Syrup 1 Tbsp.
9. Mushroom seasoning powder 1/2 Tsp.
10. 3 Tbsp. Water
11. 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
1. Soak Ka-set protein in water and season with soy sauce, salt, syrup. Soak for 2-3 minutes then drain the water out.
2. Warm the pan, add oil and fry dried chili first.
3. Then fry mushrooms.
4. Add J oyster sauce, syrup, mushroom powder, water and simmer until boiling.
5. Put spaghetti, bell pepper and stir-fry until cooked and dry.
6. Ready to serve.

How to Cook Spaghetti with Dried Chili & Mushroom (Vegetarian) / (Spaghetti Pad Prik Hang & Hed J)
