2. Drinking water 500 grams (2 cups)
3. Sugar 100 grams (1/2 cup)

1. Mix gelatin powder and water together. Boil until gelatin is dissolved.
2. When boiled, add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves well. Follow by longan juicestir and remove from the stove.
